Each quilt/entry needs a separate entry form. Challenge quilt "Americana" requires a description, as do all small/medium/large quilts.
*Perimeter is the distance around the outside of the quilt.

I understand that items submitted will be displayed for public viewing and that every reasonable care will be taken to protect items from damage or loss.
Walla Walla Valley Quilt Festival (WWVQF) assumes no liability/responsibility for any loss or damage by any cause. Insurance is NOT provided. I will check with my insurance agent for coverage
through my household insurance policy. WWVQF reserves the right to refuse quilts to be shown that require special handling. Included are quilts with fragile embellishments, rolled or not to be folded, special hanging apparatuses and/or frames, etc.
WWVQF will not be responsible and may not accept containers, special cases, or covers that are submitted with quilts. I give permission to the WWVQF to photograph and/or videotape my quilts for advertising, promotion of show or other lawful purpose.
