General Guidelines

GENERAL INFORMATION

  • Registration entry form(s) MUST be received via email or postal by September 1, 2017.
  • Should you need a hard copy entry form, please phone Cathy at 541-938-6130 or use the Contact page to send us an email.  We will make sure to get it to you.
  • Your entry form will be acknowledged via email or postal.
  • Items must have a CLOTH LABEL with a minimum of the quilter’s name, city, state and title of the entry. Label must be firmly attached to the back of the quilt (paper label is not acceptable). 
  • All items for the Quilt Show must be delivered to:  

       Walla Walla County Fairgrounds, 363 Orchard St.

        Walla Walla, WA.

        Green House (exhibition hall)

        Saturday, September 9, 2017     10:00 AM to 3:00 PM

        Sunday, September 10, 2017       10:00 AM to 3:00 PM

  • A claim form will be given to you when your quilt is delivered. 
  • Quilts shown MUST BE picked up Sunday, September 17th between 6:00 & 7:00 pm at the Fairgrounds Community Bldg.
  • YOU MUST PRESENT YOUR CLAIM FORM(S) TO PICK UP YOUR QUILT(S).
